We are looking for adults 18 years old and over to take part in our medical condition study! We are looking for adults with conditions such as Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD), Turner’s Syndrome (TS), Small for Gestational Age (SGA), Prader-Willis Syndrome (PWS), Idiopathic Short Stature (ISS) and other similar conditions.
Our medical device usability interviews will be conducted in several areas including Chicago, New York City, Tampa, Orlando and Columbus, OH! If this sounds like something you would be interested in, then please submit the following questionnaire to be considered!
