We are looking for participants who help provide wellness care to a loved one with medical conditions! We are looking for those who help support someone (an adult or child) with conditions such as Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD), Turner’s Syndrome (TS), Small for Gestational Age (SGA), Prader-Willis Syndrome (PWS), Idiopathic Short Stature (ISS) and other similar conditions.
Our medical device usability interviews will be conducted in several areas including Chicago, New York City, Tampa, Orlando and Columbus, OH! If this sounds like something your would be interested in, then please submit the following questionnaire to be considered!
