We are seeking participants with moderate/severe depression and/or anxiety to take part in a 3-month clinical study evaluating mental health outcomes. Eligible study participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups – one group will receive free access to a digital mental health platform, where they will be able to gain access to a licensed mental health therapist, educational articles discussing mental health, and other methods of therapy care. The second group will continue their standard care during the course of the study, but will be offered free access to the digital mental health application after the study concludes.
All study participants will receive a total of 3 surveys – the first upon study enrollment (baseline), the second 45 days after study enrollment, and the last 90 days after study enrollment. Each survey will consist of questions about yourself, your current mood, and experience with the study, and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
