Charlotte, Tampa, and Denver! We are interested in learning about how mothers ages 18-65 are managing work and family responsibilities during these historic times. This includes mothers who are working full-time, part-time, or those no longer working for pay. The study involves participating in a series of three 30-minute interviews and two 2-minute online surveys. In the interviews, you will be asked questions about your caregiving responsibilities, work arrangements, and resources available to you (if any) that help maintain a work-life balance. In the online surveys, you will be asked questions about your personal well-being. The payment for each individual interview and pulse check survey is $40 and $5, respectively. If interested, please answer the pre-qualifying questions for a study that pays up to $130 for participating!
