We are currently seeking adults age 65+ to take part in a clinical research study about improving balance and reducing risk of falls. You are invited to participate in this study, which consists of engaging in the Hinge Health Balance Program, which will be provided at no cost to you. Throughout the 6 month study, you will be invited to complete four short surveys that ask questions related to falls, mental health, and lifestyle. Each research survey is expected to take 10-15 minutes to complete. You will receive compensation in the form of gift cards to Starbucks, Amazon, or Target upon completion of each of the surveys ($5 for survey 1, $10 for survey 2, $15 for survey 3, $20 for survey 4).
